One of a set of trunion fixtures that utilize a 4th axis indexer to process a family of parts with compound angles.
These fixtures feature our clamping module system which contains an expanding ID collet for locating and clamping as well as three swing-type clamps positioned in the center of the bore. These fixtures also feature an air detect system for confirmation of part loading, and air blow at locating points.
The trunion is interchangeable with three other configurations, yielding OP20, OP30, OP40 and OP50 capability.
