Horizontal machine fixture for producing suspension components in two operations.
Front and rear face-locate and clamp for OP10 left hand and right hand parts.
Sides of fixture stage OP20 using a PRZ clamp module to locate and clamp primary datum locations, as well as to support and clamp as required for stable machining.
This fixture also features cross-drilled hydraulics with on-board sequencing of hydraulic clamping.
