Lathe Jaws This set of jaws addressed the following requirements:
1. Ease of operator loading.
2. Secure and repeatable clamping
3. Radial orientation of the workpiece for milling operation performed on the turning center.

FEATURES INCLUDE:
1. Load "fingers" allow the operator to load the workpiece rapidly and move on to other duties.
2. Spring-loaded, turret-mounted parts pusher provide consistent, safe loading. Simple programming enables the pusher to seat the part securely against its end locator, before final clamping.
3. Carbide grippers ensure secure workholding on casting draft for aggressive machining with minimal clamping pressure, thus limiting parts distortion.
4. A carbide rest button and spring

workpiece.
