Vice Jaws This is a double-station vice jaw set for an A/B load application. The process completes a six-sided workpiece on a tombstone-type, eight-station vice.

Stationary center jaw is made of fully hardened and ground tool steel. Hardened jaw pads are mounted to the clamping jaws.

A LOAD: Uses a removable stop detail for endwise location. Carbide grippers secure the workpiece against heavy side loads.

B LOAD: Uses a locating pin for endwise location.

Aluminum clamping jaws are anodized while the tool steel components are plated for increased surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
