Precision Manual Fixture Designed with extreme precision, a PRZ fixture assembly will hold extremely close tolerances in production. All moving parts on the fixture operate smoothly and use logical, functional motions. All surfaces are coated for longevity and reliability.

PRZ fixtures are also designed with an aesthetic architecture in mind. All corners are chamfered, metal coatings are selected as much for function as for looks, and the entire design is a study in form meeting function.

The customer required a fixture that would maintain close tolerances and repeatability. In addition, the customer needed to machine a variety of parts within a family. Thus, we created a versatile, yet accurate, five-station, manual fixture that proved 0.0001" repeatability during testing before shipment.
